I Have NO Idea Why I'm Not Losing Weight

As you know, I had a baby 8 weeks ago.
While I was pregnant, I ate everything I could get my hands on.
And I gained weight.
A lot of weight.
I swore to myself that as soon as I had Matthew, I'd start eating right and working out regularly.
Well, it's been 8 weeks.
I'm working out irregularly.
And eating right???
Well, below you can see my recent order at Pizza Hut...

Now... this order is for myself, my husband and Michael.
Obviously Matthew will be dining on a bottle.
Two large pizzas.
A double order of breadsticks.
Cinnamon sticks.
Is any of that really necessary?
I mean seriously, could I not have at least said no to the cinnamon sticks?

Completely and utterly too much food for 3 people.

And I wonder why the weight's not melting off????

Getting old sucks.
I was still carrying 17 lbs of baby weight at Shaye's first birthday (out of 50, not great not awful). When I started baking like a lunatic last summer I started to pack weight ON.
NO. Not having it. I started running and writing down what I was eating.
I realized I was snacking on leftovers after breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, noonsies, tea, supper. I was like fricken Hobbit.
I started giving the kids less and chucking their leftovers. It helped. I started running every other day 3-5 miles. It helped A LOT. So by Shaye's 2nd birthday, I weigh the same thing I always have- except it's all shifted.
Putty butt.
That's an entirely different post.
;) It'll happen, I promise!

I know I'm capable... I just can't seem to get motivated. I mean... I've done this once before. Right? Except that then I was 25. 33 is sooo much harder! I need to run. That's it. I'm motivated. I can at least do the damn 30 day shred right???
